Getting Started

Creating an Account on Team Connect™

Every person who wishes to create or join a team on Team Connect™ must first create an account.

  • If you already have a Stack Sports account, you can use your email address and password for that account to log into Team Connect™. We already know who you are and just need a little extra information.
  • If you DO NOT have a Stack Sports account, simply create a new Team Connect™ account which you can also use to log into any Stack Sports software product. Start by creating a new account. .

Verify Your Email Address

If you've used an email address to create a new account, you will be sent an email verification. If you want to create new teams on Team Connect™, you'll be required to verify your email by clicking the link in the email we sent to you BEFORE we allow you to create new teams.

If you didn't receive the email, just log onto your account, go to your PROFILE and click the button to re-send the link to verify your account. Simple as that!

Yeah! You've Been Invited!

So you've received your invitation to join your team on Team Connect™ and you are ready to accept your invitation. Here's what to do next:

1. Click the GOT AN INVITE? link or use the link in your email invitation.

2. Either create a new account or sign in with your existing account OR your Stack Sports account.

3. Carefully read the name at the top of the screen. Is that YOUR name? If it isn't, it's probably your child's name or maybe your spouse; are we right? If so, sign out and either sign into your child's account or create an account for your child when accepting the invitiation to their team.

4. Now you are home-free... follow the instructions on the screen and you are connected to your new team. Have fun!

3 Simple Things to Remember

Each person using Team Connect™ must have their own account. If you are a parent accepting an invitation for your child, do not use your email address for your child's account. There is only one email addres per person allowed. You may choose to NOT use an email address for your child OR use an email address that is different from your own. You do not need to accept an invitation for your child if you do not want to do so.

If you don't use an email address when you create an account, we can't email you your username/password reminder if you forget it. But read on to #2 below . . . we have a way to help with that!

If you make a mistake, don't feel bad... nobody's perfect! Here's how to correct the problem:

1. If you accidentally accept an invite for another person in your family using your login, no problem. Just ask your coach to "re-invite" the person and you can try it again using the right person's login.

2. If you chose not to use an email address when you created your account, no problem. Just ask your coach to re-invite you and you can create a new login, hopefully this time with an email address.

Did You Know?

  • You can be invited to more than one team.
  • You can be on different teams from different clubs and in different sports, while using the same login.
  • You can be a coach and a player, or a parent and a coach on the same team or different teams. And yes, because we know you are wondering, you can be a coach, a parent and a player if you want to be.
